As the popularity of electric scooters rose in U.S. cities, so did their potential for danger. The AECP (American College of Emergency Physicians) responded to a growing number of scooter related injuries by launching this funky and fun national PSA to inform riders of best practices.
The backgrounds uniqe mixed media approach was acheived by combining real photo elements taken from DC streets along with hand drawn illustration and manipulated stock art.
